Lisa Yackiminie is Vice President of People & Culture, responsible for unlocking the full potential of Conversant Group’s people, promoting a healthy and inclusive culture, and supporting company executives in big picture strategy and planning.
Lisa has 18 years of human resource experience. Previously, she held several leadership positions at large Oil & Gas enterprises, where she gained extensive experience in M&A, strategic planning, and global HR operations across 40 countries.
Prior to joining Conversant Group, Lisa built and scaled the HR function at two cybersecurity start-ups and led the Reliaquest acquisition at Digital Shadows.
Lisa has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, Scotland.
